Job Description

First Nonprofit, a division of Amynta Group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director.  This position is Remote and will cover the areas of CT/No. NJ/NY/MA/RI. 



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:




•         Being responsible for the development of new clients in assigned territory.


o   Supporting existing agency partners’ sales efforts through training agency staff on FNG products and being available for in-person/Conference Calls with Agents and Prospects.


o   Educating AmTrust Field Reps within territory on FNG products and supporting reps in developing new agency partners.




•         Acquiring new agency partners and associations within territory



•         Maintain existing client relationships in assigned territory


o   Serves as point person on renewal sales


o   Quarterly contact with existing clients


o   Troubleshooting and problem solving with regard to client service issues




•         Serves as FNC liaison with brokers/agents, national and state organizations, as requested by VP of Sales & Marketing

Job Requirements

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS



•         Undergraduate degree preferred and management experience in business, marketing/sales, insurance industry, or a related discipline.



•         Demonstrated successful outside sales experience in past employment.



•         Excellent personal sales skills.



•         Strong communication skills with excellent writing abilities. Ability to make group presentations.



•         Ability to travel within the continental U.S. to attend meetings, make group presentations, etc.



•         Excellent organization skills including the ability to work independently.



•         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.



•         Supervisory experience of administrative support staff.
