Job Description

PDP Group, a division of Amynta Group, is searching for a Quality Control Lead in their QC department.  Shift is M-F 8:30am to 5pm.

Summary:  Must be able to understand all aspects of the teams at PDP they area is responsible for QC and follow the logic used to process an account. Responsible for training new QC technicians and ensuring they understand the processes they are reviewing for accuracy. Must be able to assist on responsibilities of the Supervisor I when necessary; communicating with other Supervisors concerning errors found, emails responses, and mediating proper account handling questions.  Must assist Supervisor to ensure work in all areas is checked for quality each day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ÿ  Work with supervisor to organize and delegate work to staff on a daily basis.  Provide technical direction as necessary.

Ÿ  Monitor team to ensure they are accurately capturing quality results.

Ÿ  Assist with the development of those in training and provide feedback to the Supervisor

Ÿ  Assist Supervisor with documentation for training

Ÿ  Assist staff in the absence of a supervisor and act as the primary point of contact

Ÿ  Recommend improvements for workflow and procedures

Ÿ  Handle reporting needs as necessary

Ÿ  Be fluent in the different departments and understand requirements of systems

Ÿ  Maintain professional attitude and communication towards staff, customers and clients.

Ÿ  Stay up to date on client and PDP expectations for proper customer service

Ÿ  Complete any training courses for the client or PDP within the timeframe provided

Ÿ  Communicate grossly mishandled accounts to Supervisor immediately

Ÿ  Advice Supervisor and/or Manager of any issues or situations they are aware of, that may cause harm to PDP, client or team.

Ÿ  Present a positive image to staff, customers, and other professionals at all times

Job Requirements


High school diploma or general education degree (GED).  Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.  1-2 years experience as a Title or Insurance Tracking Rep.
