Job Description

PDP Group, a division of Amynta Group, is looking for Customer Service Representatives - Vehicle Titles.  Shift is Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm.  



Summary:  Responsible for servicing incoming and outgoing calls from dealerships, MVAs and clients.  Maintaining established departmental standards for quality and quantity.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



•         Receive or place phone calls through the automated system and enter information



•         Maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times.



•         Control the conversation to obtain information in a timely and efficient manner. 



•         Maintain established levels of quality and quantity.



•         Understand the role of customer service and its affect on the company



•         Reference and apply training materials as required



Job Requirements

Education/Experience:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college preferred. Previous customer service on the job experience or prior in-house experience in another call function.  Data entry experience and completion of in-house specialty entry training program.  Previous experience in auto insurance terminology helpful.  Knowledge/experience with high volume ACD call system.  Previous computer experience.
