Job Description

The essential job functions of this position vary depending on the particular desk the CSR I is working but generally include the distribution and or tracking of incoming policies, inspections, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and mail.  Communication for the most part is with inspection companies and a vendor for servicing of the company scanner.


1.    Inspection tracking and tasking. 

2.    Renewal bind logging and/or renewal letters. 

3.    Inspection company invoice validation. 

4.    Scanning documents into ImageRight. 

5.    Work indexing into ImageRight. 

6.    Printing and/or mailing of policies, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements. 

7.      Binding and AA review. 

8.    Assisting with incoming mail.

9.    Contact vendor for scanner maintenance. 

10.  Communicate with inspection companies. 

11.  Respond to broker requests for loss runs.

Job Requirements

  1. General knowledge of business.

  2. Type 40 words per minute.

  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Use of Internet and Microsoft Word.

  4. Must be detail oriented.

  5. High school diploma or equivilant.

  6. Good oral and written communication skills.

  7. Must be able to read and comprehend.

  8. Must perform basic math.
