Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager in our Warranty/Heavy Equipment Group, to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and professional manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty & retention and to meet/exceed customer expectations.


  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to successful resolution

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards

  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

  • Quote and register products on behalf of both external customers and our internal team

  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

  • Work directly with underwriting on eligibility for product offerings and pricing

  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service representatives and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

  • Present new employee training and onboarding

  • Control resources and utilize resources to help achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly budgets and goals

  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

  • Function as a resource to the Field Sales Team who represent the company

Job Requirements


  • College degree or equivalent work experience required in Customer Service Management role

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with customers, employees and peers with the organization

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Professional demeanor

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint

  • Experience in: Managing processes, Process improvement, Staffing, Planning, Analyzing information, Developing Standards, Problem Resolution, Emphasizing Excellence

  • 3-5 years experience in Warranty Management, Heavy Equipment or Insurance is ideal; however not necessary as we will train an individual with strong leadership skills
