Job Description

PDP Group, a division of The Amynta Group, is searching for an Administrative Assistant in their Hunt Valley, MD office.  Shift is from Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.



Summary:  Provides paraprofessional level of administrative support to executive personnel.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Ÿ  Provide receptionist and administrative support services as needed.


Ÿ  Review, respond and/or reroute incoming mail as necessary, as well as maintain follow-up.


Ÿ  Plan employee parties, events, corporate sponsored charitable programs and morale and incentive building programs.


Ÿ  Manage all aspects of internal marketing and preparation of promotional materials.


Ÿ  Assist with orientation and onboarding of new employees.


Ÿ  Coordinate, format and analyze information and materials for reports.


Ÿ  Work on special projects as assigned.


Ÿ  Maintain licensing for both corporation and personnel (i.e. licensing applications, licensing renewal applications, appointments, check issuance, continuing education certificates, licensing files).


Ÿ  Maintain agency affiliate files (i.e. current E & O certificate, current licensing information, producer selling agreements, correspondence, etc.).


Ÿ  Prepare presentations, setup conference arrangements.


Ÿ  Arrange breakfast and luncheon meetings as necessary.


Ÿ  Manage the MTA pass program.


Ÿ  Handle the process of reimbursing and recuperating lost money from the vending machines.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years administrative experience. 

  • Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint).

  • Notary preferred.
