Job Description

The purpose of the position is to be responsible for carrying out the functions and goals of the Department and objectives of the organization within the guidelines and procedures that have been established by the Director of Business Development.  The Account Services Associate will serve the agent and dealer base by providing service information, resolving product or service problems and providing general assistance via telephone and email. 


  • Responsible for setting up of dealers in internal database, tying products, programs and rates.

  • Responsible for following up with clients, when necessary or requested, to get information needed for installation of dealers/programs.

  • Responsible for filing correspondence and other documentation according to the established filing system.  Search for filed information as needed.

  • Responsible for supporting multiple programs and working in multiple systems

  • Communicate with Administration Team and Sales Team for information as necessary.

  • Log daily business/calls to tracking progress for management team.

  • Handle phone calls from dealers and agents determining the nature of the request or issue to find resolution. 

  • Department Hours: Monday-Friday; 8a.m. - 5p.m.  Additional time may be required to meet deadlines and extended hours are possible for phone coverage.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Experience in Vehicle Service Contracts/GAP Programs a plus

  • Very Detail Oriented

  • Ability to Multi-task

  • Exceptional Organizational skills and excellent problem solving skills

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Comfortable with various computer systems/applications

  • Works well in “Team” environment
