Job Description

Summary:  This position is responsible for ensuring titles are issued correctly. Techs will be expected to review accounts for these documents and follow-up with dealers via letter and calls concerning these notices.  Techs will need to review 3,500 to 4,000 accounts per month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

  1. Review documents received on accounts for proof of refund

  2. Update accounts if needed

  3. Review unidentified documents for documents pertaining to refund

  4. Contact client by phone or e-mail

  5. Provide specific customer service to clients, dealers, or customers as necessary

  6. Generate follow-up letters to dealers for missing proof of refund

  7. Audit system to ensure that follow-up process is happening correctly

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience with vehicle titles, DMV’s or auto dealers preferred.  Accurate keyboarding skills.
