Job Description

Warrantech Corporation, a division of Amynta Group, is currently seeking experienced Bilingual and Non-bilingual Document Processors for its Bedford, TX call center location. Document Processors will be responsible for coordinating with the department to ensure that all foundation documents are well checked against organization standards and centrally stored. Candidate will also be a dedicated partner for the claims processing team; Candidate should have a solid accounting background. Multiple systems are utilized through our processes, we are looking for a quick learner with ability to multitask and handle credit card transactions, check payments and ACH payments.  Assist servicers/customers by providing the highest level of service when requesting payment

 Put the caller first and remain polite and professional at all times building a positive rapport with a variety of personality types

Receive incoming calls from customers or service centers to resolve claim payment disputes an claim statuses

 Deliver superior service utilizing troubleshooting and problem solving skills to successfully supply accurate information to callers and service centers to resolve their issues

 Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of complex situations where limited standardization exists

 Retrieve information from our systems and communicate information back to the caller in a clear and educated manner

 Document all customer information, communications and sales in system

 Possess the ability to settle payment disputes with management approval. Resolve escalations within authority limits to insured and claimants.

 Ability to work independently; good collaboration skills; ability to take and correctly interpret instructions; managing priorities and meeting deadlines; adjusting priorities; organization issues

 Audit Foundation documents to ensure that all documents are properly submitted and filed. Particular attention should be paid to documents that have legal ramifications.

 Possesses knowledge using Microsoft Support and Burning Software

 Contact Service centers and customers as required to resolve claims payment disputes

 Ability to multi-task and change priorities as required to accommodate business needs.

 Maintain a continual working knowledge of our client’s products, services and promotions
